If you have an @midstatesd.net email address and use "Webmail" from the Midstate Communications website to check your email, you'll notice a change when you log in.Note: If you access your @midstatesd.net email address on a mobile device or through a desktop app (like Outlook or Thunderbird), this update will not affect you. These changes only apply to customers who log in using Webmail on our website.
We've updated our webmail login page with a fresh new look. While it may look a little different, this update also lays the groundwork for improved security features that will help protect your account in the near future.
Here's what to do when logging in:
- Enter your full username --for example: johndoe@midstatesd.net
- Enter your password
- Select "Zimbra Mail" from the dropdown box
- Click the "Login" button to access your email
Your email, contact, and settings will stay exactly the same - only the login page has changed.
If you happen to see the screen below, click on the "EMAIL" icon and you will be taken to your inbox.
