District 3 Results Are In

Three districts were open for elections this year with only one district fielding more than one candidate forcing an election to be held. In District 3 which comprises of Chamberlain, Pukwana, and Oacoma, two candidates successfully filed paperwork for the board positions forcing an election. Incumbent Lonnie Sharping faced Patty Juhnke in an election in District 3 on July 17, 2024. When all the votes were tabulated Lonnie Sharping received the most votes in the election. Sharping will begin serving a three-year term at the Annual Meeting of Members of Midstate Communications on October 3, 2024.Learn more about the Midstate Communications Board of Directors and districts here.
