There will be an increase in the Federal Universal Service Charge for the 3rd Quarter of 2023.The Federal Universal Service Charge (FUSC) Surcharge Factor recovers the costs associated with Midstate Communications contributions to the federal universal service fund program. Effective with the 3rd Quarter of 2023 there will be an increase in this charge from 29.0% to 29.2%
