Bill Pay Options

Midstate Communications offers convenient ways to pay your bill and to manage your account.


Midstate Bill Pay

Manage your account, including viewing your bill, signing up for paperless billing, and setting up automatic credit card payments at estatement.midstatesd.net. You will need your Midstate Communications invoice number and amount due to set up your eBill account.


Automatic Payment

Have one less bill to worry about when you sign up for automatic payments. Use a checking account, savings account, or credit card to pay your Midstate Communications invoice automatically.  You can choose a recurring payment date of the 4th, 10th, or 19th of each month. To set up an automatic payment, click here to complete the form.


Paperless Billing

Sign up for paperless billing through the eBill website (estatement.midstatesd.net)

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click General.
  3. Under Invoice Preferences, select Web bill only.
  4. Click Change Preference.

Please present the return portion of your bill to ensure the payment is accurately applied, without delay. You may pay your invoice at our business offices located in Kimball or Chamberlain.

Universal Service Fee

The Universal Service Fee was created by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Money collected through the fee by Midstate Communications is contributed to the Universal Service Fund and the amount that must be collected is set by the FCC. The FCC changes the USF percentage quarterly. The fund helps schools, libraries, rural health care providers and telephone companies that operate in high-cost areas. The FCC and USAC sites have additional information.


Payment Due Date

The Midstate Communications invoice is due upon receipt and considered delinquent after 12:00 pm on the 20th of each month.

If paying by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments can be made through eBill or by calling our office at 605-778-6221
